NCCF FAMILY HOUSE PROJECT (Ugwunagbo Zone)

Dearly beloved,
It is a great pleasure communicating with you.
It is our sincere prayer that the good Lord in His infinite mercies has been a God of providence since your sojourn in Ugwunagbo- Abia state.
We are glad to inform you that the God of the ‘Ugwunagbo wonder zone’ has been at it again and again – showing NCCF corps members in the zone great favor and miracles. By His infinite mercies, God in answer to the prayers and projects of faithful Jesus corpers has brought salvation to the souls of many.

Challenges have risen during the tenure of the present leadership but God has seen us through them all. The family house has been a great place to stay connected to God. The family house has also faced a number of challenges and it is in response to this that we have undertaken this correspondence.

Pictures are attached and they show pictures of the family house interior and exterior in its present state. It has deteriorated due to severe leakage through the decking and this increased as the rains increased resulting in the emergency measures taken to have the leakage channeled through the polythene, to be collected in buckets. For the safety of future residents we have decided to look for a better and safer accommodation because the landlord has so far refused to even inspect the residence to know its state nor agreed to undertake any repairs, but has rather decided to increase the annual rent. The family house presently accommodates 5 batch A corps and 5 batch B corps members who have been more or less more burdened with the responsibility of raising the rent for a new place which is approximately N120,000 (One hundred and twenty thousand naira), most batch B corps members are presently posted far away from the family house and the batch C corps members have just arrived.
It is therefore Our greatest pleasure that you will partner with us in this great and worthy project.
We appreciate you as you partner with us in keeping this worthy project alive.
